Aria is an automated receptionist for UK businesses, operated by the founder running this instance. Calls are transcribed so she can take an order or message accurately. Say person or press 0 to speak to the shop instead.

Who is responsible

The shop you called is the controller of the request they receive. The Aria operator processes transcripts and structured results so the receptionist can work. Contact the shop first, or the operator of this instance, to exercise UK GDPR rights.

What we process

Call audio, transcripts, caller name and number if they are given, order or appointment details, and the business catalogue the founder uploaded. We do not ask for payment-card numbers. If a caller starts to read a card number, Aria stops and transfers.

Why

To answer the phone for the business you called, create a structured request, send it to the shop (including WhatsApp), and keep an audit trail the founder can review.

Cookies

The public site does not use analytics cookies. Studio uses a single httpOnly session cookie named aria_session so a shop, or the operator, can stay signed in.

Retention

Transcripts and results stay with the tenant record until the founder deletes them, typically for at least twelve months so disputes and missed orders can be checked. Staff fallback numbers and WhatsApp destinations are stored so transfers and notifications work.

Your rights

UK GDPR applies. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of call records. This product is intended for UK use with a UK telephone number.
