Terms

Aria is software that answers inbound calls on behalf of a local business. It is not a regulated booking platform, payment processor, or medical advice service. These terms apply to the shop that uses Aria and to visitors of this website.

Accuracy

Prices, hours, and availability come from what the shop has saved. The next call uses that. If something is missing, Aria must say so and offer a transfer. A request stays pending until the shop accepts it.

Human fallback

Every live call can be transferred to the business’s existing staff number. Callers can say person or press 0.

Onboarding

Opening a shop publishes Aria for calls on this site. The public phone number is connected separately, once the line is ready. Until then, the shop’s existing number stays where it is.

Liability

The shop remains responsible for fulfilling orders, appointments, and quotes. Aria is a receptionist, not the kitchen, diary, or till.
